It is an absolute pleasure to provide a reference for Link Properties who I have dealt with both as a buyer and a seller. I came across them as they had the sole mandate for a property my wife and I were interested in and after having been looking for a while and getting very annoyed with your typical Cape Town property agent, it was a pleasure to deal with Link Properties. They offer a very unique and personalized service as they are much smaller than most agencies. I dealt with Gina who has a very successful property portfolio of her own so she knows the market well including numerous contacts for inspections, legal and building matters- contacts who I subsequently used and was very satisfied with. The service they offer is genuine and this is hard to come by with the property market being the way it is in Cape Town.
